At the Movies with Wyatt and Stanzie

It's time for Wyatt and Stanzie's Movie Reviews!!
The first movie we will be reviewing is 'Hachi'.
We were fortunate to receive this prize package from the most recent Blogville auction.
It included a DVD, gummy bears, popcorn, jerky dog treats and some other dog snacks AND some tissue!
Mom ate the gummy bears, Dad ate the popcorn, you all know what happened to the dog treats and the whole family used the tissues while viewing the movie.
Professor Wilson (Richard Gere), discovers a lost Akita puppy on his way home from work. Despite his wife's objections, Hachi endears himself to the Wilson family and grows to be a loyal companion . As their bond grows deeper, a beautiful friendship unfolds embodying the true spirit of family and loyalty, while inspiring the hearts of the entire town.

Based on a true story, We liked this movie a lot.
But get your tissues ready...Mom and Stanzie were blubbering like a couple of girls.
Even Dad had some wet eyes.  I can't remember what my eyes were doing at the time....
Next, we would like to review Stanzie's favorite movie!
'Wallace and Grommit, The Curse of the Were-Rabbit'
When their town's prized produce starts disappearing, Wallace and Grommit must use all their wildly imaginative inventions to try to capture a mysterious beast of epic and fluffy proportions!
A great frolicking family tale.

Hey Doggies, it's worth a look-see just for the bunny control tips!
That's Stanzies favorite part.

Grab some popcorn (or dog treats) and see you at the movies!
Wyatt and Stanzie

Thanks Siku Marie for putting together such a nice auction prize.  Our hearts are sad at the passing of Richie. Much love to Richie's momster and please pass the tissues :(

  2. Hey Wyatt, nice media room you've got there! We haven't seen either of those movies. We'll have to check them out. Our girl especially loves dog movies.

Things have been busy at our house. Mom got rid of Oreo's couch. You should have seen mom's face when she found all the whole biscuits we hid in it!

  31. We've seen the preview for Hachi tons of times at the beginning of another DVD we have and Mom keeps saying she's gonna have to watch it. She boo-hoos over the previews! We'll definitely need a case of kleenex for the full-length feature!

We're so glad you liked the art today ;)

  32. The Hachi story is definitely a seven-hankie movie. Those tales of loyal dogs.... Thank goodness Wallace and Gromit were there for some comic relief.
