Bye-Bye Mary

Last night, the family gathered to send off  Dad's sister, Mary.
She's in the front..
She is going to teach English for 1 year, in the United Arab Emirates.
So, we had a little barbecue to say farewell.
Lots of food and picture taking...
A game of croquet.
Hey, who is that with his head in my pool?
I, Wyatt spent most of the party on a short leash. I do not understand the rules of croquet and I made one of the little bi-peds cry :(

Stanzie, on the other paw, was a perfect dog and got to pawtay with the family, ALL day.

Bye-Bye Mary,
Have a wonderful adventure, be safe and I'll work on my manners for next summer when you return!

Wyatt

  1. I hope that baby peep didn't spit into your pool water Wyatt, they can do gross things like that! Don't worry about the leash, it just means that you are so friendly that you want to always interact with your peeps and visiting peeps.

  9. Hee hee we would have been on the leash too or they'd have had no wooden balls left to their croquet thingy, our Mom says that's a very posh game to play, there are leagues over here for it who ger very serious about it too! Good luck to Mary on her travels, Dex and Lou xxx

  13. We send big wishes for a wonderful experience for Mary. What a big undertaking for her!

We don't think we would do too well with that croquet game either. We would be stealing all the balls and just chewing on them.

    Have a great Sunday.

  18. They didn't want you to play because they knew you would win. That's my theory anyway. I hope Mary has a safe and fun trip. It sounds very exciting!
