Fab Friday!

What's this place?

Gotta take care of bizness before I go in there.

A few hours later......
I smell nice and no more weeds in my fur...for now.

Back at the ranch.....
Our banana tree has been fun to watch. The petals fall off the bloom and there's a small bunch of bananas behind each petal.

Go Bananas, our Oregon Tropical Surprise!!

The roof project is progressing. Each day a new surprise...Today, when a piece of plywood was lifted, a BAT flew out. We love bats and encourage them, they eat all the mosquitoes. But, they need to start paying rent if they want to live under our roof!

Buh Bye, Mr. Bat

I'm sooo wigglie when she tries to groom me, it's a miracle I don't look like one of Edward Sissorhands rejects! Your spa did a wonderful job! Oh, your bananas are lookin' good! Your gonna have banana smoothies in NO time! BATS??? Oh, man, Ma does not like bats! One kinda got caught in her hair when she was 11, and they freak her out! I hope they find another forever home!

  7. Wow! The Grooming Barn is a nifty place to have a potty zone right outside the doors! I clicked on your link to your grooming place and it looks so nice there! When are they going to feature you on their site? And do they know you have 2 jobs at home --- gardener and blogger? I think you need to tell them these things if you haven't already because maybe they'll give you a discount! BOL!

  11. Quick question, why'd you get a new roof again?

Banana... the yellow thing... that's what we call the "heart" and we put it in our vegetables. They taste pretty good.

  14. You look fab, indeed. Is that banana tree outside? The only one I've seen in Seattle is indoors at the zoo's tropical exhibit. It must be very nice to have your own tree.

  15. Did you hear our mom's shriek, Wyatt? She hates bats! We've had too many inside our house and they've ruined her for life!
You look so handsome with your shorter HAiredo!

  16. We love the big fruit bats--but they give a deadly virus to horses (and a few people have died, too.)

Bananas in Oregon! That's fantastic! Hope you get some banana muffins or something.
