Staying FIT with ROSES!

Wyatt's DAILY fitness routine....mom and dad's too.
1) GO outside everyday for 6-8 hours.
2) Dig a bunch of holes and pull some weeds until you are dog tired. (If you are a dog, run around barking at the squirrels, dig some holes to bury your people's work gloves and run on the new plants.)
3) Then...here's the best part! Take time to smell the roses, go swimming, relax and enjoy a job well done!
Gardening is good exercise for DOGS and people!

  1. We think we like the digging of holes and running around, but we aren't so sure about the pool - we really need to get one and try it.

Hope you had a great day, Wyatt.

  3. Man, that would make any dog tired too. But stopping to smell the roses afterwards sure is nice!

  5. And don't forget the biggest plus of all that gardening work... getting to eat the freshest produce that is juicy delicious right from your yard! Healthy and yummy!

  6. We help our daddy in the yard all the time. It was raining all day today so we couldn't do any of that, but as soon as the weather is nice we will be back out there.

  18. Wyatt, that is a great day! It sounds like you make Mom and Dad's work just a bit more challenging though. :)
My dogs also like to bring me the ball and let me throw it for them while I'm gardening too! They also love to keep cool in their pool.

  20. I think the pool's the best part, Wyatt. But then, when Mom puts some delish fertilizer around the tomatoes and such, I think it's just for me.

Pee Ess: Mom won't let me eat it...she's no fun.
