Hairy Hosta Friday

It's Flower Friday time with Rosy, Arty and Jakey!

Wez been helping in the garden today!

Planting, pruning and digging holes!

The Rhododendrons are popping.

Rhododendrons are not as popular these days, but we still enjoy the large trusses of color on these evergreen shrubs.

The shades of purple this week

The Hostas look full and healthy this year.

One last look at a very hairy dog...we are off to the groomer today....

...and voila'

a few hours later, we have 2 NEW dogs in the garden!

Tegan says: I have been called a Shrimp Boat, a Little Tank and a Baby Airedale!

Look at me now! I'm a svelte Lakeland Terrier girl!

Cinco de Derby

Auntie Karla came to stay and she brought Cousin Indy!!

Our buddy Samson joined us!

We walked along the Columbia River for the Humane Society of SW Washington in the morning.

A lot of people asked if we were labradoodles and if Tegan was our baby...Bawahaha!

After the walk, we strolled the farmer's market and looked at cat toys and flowers and had some lunch.

Then, us dogs took a nap and the folks put on some ridiculous hats and went to a Derby Party.

Sunday, we did this.

and this

and some of this

We had our own little terrier party!

See you soon Indy!

Furry Froggy Flower Friday

It's time for Flower Friday with our blog furiends,

Rosy, Arty and Jakey!

Follow us down the path, to see what's in bloom.

English dogs like English Daisies!

After a good paddle in the pond.....

(Mom doesn't really want us in the pond right now, because it currently has those gelatinous frog egg masses and last week some stuck to our fur. Super gross, in a snotty kinda way. Soap and water doesn't really get it off....BOL)

.....and some rolling around,

we helped mom pick some flowers to bring inside.

Happy Flower Friday!!

(what's wrong with a little frog goo?)

Wez taking care of all the gloves, plastic pots and plant tags!

Whadaya mean we are fired?

Just because Tegan jumped for the hose and tipped over an entire tray of newly planted seeds!?!?

Time for a donut break, Tegan.....
