Welding a Trellis, Sewing a Dress

Mom has been collecting rusty implements.

Mostly, interesting finds from her Grandfather's old workshop and barn.

Uncle Jim now lives on the old homestead and he helped the folks weld this trellis with some of the treasures.

 We love the way it turned out!

This will make a great gift for Mom's mom (Christmas Tree Grandma).

A new hobby for the folks?

Much to Tegan's despair,

Mom also got her sewing machine back from the repair shop.

I dunno...Tegan in a dress? 

We both like the Leopard Shawl !!

Tegan agreed to wear that.

It will be good when mom gets back to her real work, BOL!

A Toy for the Road

 When mom says "Lets go in the Car!", we always grab a toy for the road.

 

I always take Pinky.

Tegan takes something squeaky and SQUEAKS it for HOURS!

After school, we invited Samson over for a little yard play.

Tegan wanted to keep playing "school" with Samson.

Outdoors and Indoors

Between rain showers, we go out with the folks and clean up the garden.

 Tegan has already learned how to steal rakes and gloves.

Mostly, I'm tutoring sister on the fine art of excavation.

She is a quick study and proving to be a grand digger!

Maybe mom will want to put a plant RIGHT HERE!
