Rest in Peace, Sweet Stanzie

'Stanzie'
12/3/2001- 3/30/2015
We brought her home at 8 weeks of age.

We took 'Leo' with us, to pick out the new puppy.
Stanzie picked us.
She instantly ran to Leo and the bond was formed.

We feel so fortunate, that she was in our lives for more than 13 years.

She was all about the hunting.


Always on the lookout for un-invited wildlife.

She loved a good sun soak.

And some bee hunting.

 
She will always be our Super Stanzie.

Rest in Peace Sweet Girl.

    I am so sorry about the loss of Stanzie. You have my deepest sympathy. I so enjoyed the time she and Gambler went to the heart of hearts dance and I will remember that leaping off the stairs photo. They never live long enough and it is always hard. I leave you with one of my favorite poems.

    My heart is so sad... I visit your Dale page to see what Wyatt and Stanzie are up to! They are my delight, they remind me of what it is like to have a Dale in the home! We have 2 Dales in heaven, Ellwood and Grace, and your 'story' always makes me smile! It's been 5 years without a 'Girl with the curl', and that's a long time, so I come here and share your 'story' with my family! You are in my prayers and I KNOW Stanzie is fully free with no limitations of any kind...in perfect health, beautiful and never to grow old again!
