Oh Deer! (and rabbits)

Since my Airedale sister 'Stanzie' left this earth, the deer and rabbits have been having a banquet in our yard. 
I was always more of a squirrel and crow dog...what can I say. 
Those Bambis are eating up our little Asian Pear Trees

 
Today we fight back!
With scrap trellis, zip ties, lattice and Lever 2000 soap bars!

Hmmmmmm.......

Be afraid Bambi, Be AFRAID!

Are rabbits afraid of deodorant soap?

    I sure hopes Bambi finds some other foodables to snack on! I hears there's some apple trees right down the road, maybe you need to put up a sign or something? ☺

    Crikey ...... soap??? To keep rabbits away????? You gotta be jokin' Wyatt?? Chase 'em mate .... they can't hurt you. They're not cats. No claws ...... they don't hiss at ya ..... chase 'em and when you catch 'em give 'em a good old shakin'. That'll fix 'em!! Dunno what you do with deer ....

    the trick with the soap bars sounds great... maybe they run away because "wash your mouth with soap" was a serious threat as we were kids once?
