What the Dickens?

T'was the day after Christmas and all through this house of pup, the family is freezing, the furnace blew up!
We are terrier tough, but thrilled that
the furnace man is coming today!
Brrrrrrrr

We have been out walking, what the heck. It's the same temperature outside as inside our house...BOL!

In other news, Tegan tried to fly.

On the 26th, Tegan crawled under the deck railing and jumped 12' down to a hard stone surface.
She yelped and mom quickly scooped her up and held her for a few minutes until she stopped crying and shaking. Then, mom gently set her down to see what was broken. 
Tegan ran off, wagging her tail.

We took her to the vet clinic anyway, where they declared her perfectly healthy and suggested we purchase her a parachute or super hero cape!
Dad came home and put wire mesh along the deck railing. The folks can't take the drama of Tegan learning to fly.
So, you think you can fly sister?
I should send you to space in this alien pod.

    my goddness Tegan! you are fearless and we are so glad you did not hurt yourself. We are barely above zero here so no furnace would be not good - hope yours gets fixed fast!

    Well now..... we see that Tegan took the SANTA CLAWS is Napping fur 11 Months thingy SERIOUSLY... and went Right into the NAUGHTY MODE..

    SHEEEEESH... that was Scary..

    We hope that Furnace Guy gotted you all warmed up again.

    Good grief Tegan....repeat after me 100 times, " I am not a cat...I am a pup...I cannot fly! " My mom nearly fainted when she read that.

    We hope the furnace got fixed. If you think that's bad, our humans in Florida had their AC die on Christmas day and it was 90 degrees out! Whew! Tell Miss Tegan she should be more careful. We don't want anything to happen to her.

    What a crazy girl. Glad she wasn't hurt, but then pups seem to bounce back easily. Hope your furnace is working again, in case the weather turns cold.

    You need to wait until you've had some lessons before you fly. Mom smiled at the photo. She did one of her cross countries when she was getting her pilots license right over that area. It's so beautiful.
