This will be our 6th year to do the Idita-Walk.
We have to walk 1049 minutes during February and March.
It's a good incentive to get outside, when the weather is not so nice.
Today, we walked past some chickens with big heads!
Tegan wants to meet a chicken.
Good walk today, almost halfway there!

That is a pawsome challenge. We want to know why all these walking challenges take place over the couple months it is really hard to get to walk every day! Lady estimates that if the weather is cooperative we walk that much in about 37 days (and by cooperative we mean above -20C/-4F and it isn't too icy).
ReplyDeleteSomehow we think the Idit-a-walk would stop for no weather conditions. But you know humans. Glad they're up to the challenge.
ReplyDeleteChikken - yummmm.
ReplyDeleteAre you sure you're a Lakie and not a Pointer, Tegan!
ReplyDeleteWell done! Did Tegan taste, oops, I mean meet that chicken?
ReplyDeleteKeep Calm & Bark On!

Enjoy your walk and Tegan chicken is best fried.
ReplyDeleteAroo to you,
Sully
the weather is starting to get nice enough for walks here, but we are afraid that spring is just teasing us and winter will be back

Mom's phone says we walked 13,509 steps today. How many is that in dog-steps? Do I multiply by 4??
