I recently found evil lurking in my yard!

I must protect my family.

It is putting up a good fight.

It's a scary job, but somebody has to do it.

Now, begins the season of salads with pears and blue cheese and sooooo many yummy desserts...Yay!

National Taco Day

October 4th, is Jazzi and Addy's National Taco Day....WOO HOO!!

We love tacos with a little seasoned beef, some refried beans....

and LOTS of stuff from the garden!

Lettuce, TOMATOES and some homemade salsa (x-tra hot for mom and dad)

Why I hate shopping...

SOooooo,

 on the way home, from a perfectly good dog hike with my Airedale family...

Mom decides that we need to go clothes shopping at the Pendleton Woolen Mills.

I'm not too keen on it, because I already have a fur coat.

Mom has always fancied me in one of those Pendleton wool dog coats..."Pish-Posh" I say, "Those are for city dogs!"

But, we stop for a look see at the pretty blankets and other woolen wares.

Thank Dog, they are sold out of dog coats today!

This is how I feel about clothes shoppin'....Bleh

Hiking with the family!!

Let's get the gang together and hike around Strawberry Island, in the Columbia River Gorge.

So, that is what the O.A.T.S. club did this Saturday, with the Airedale family and a few little terrier pals.
