Woof Woof for a new roof!

I'm getting a new roof. (Mom said it is my birthday present) Hmmmm...

There is so much to do...

First, I have to get the Alpha man to spray eco-friendly pest control around my house.

I spotted some carpenter ants and a pile of sawdust...Grrrrrr.

Now, I have to pick out some shingles. It's a toss up between the colors Driftwood, Teak or Weathered Wood. I wish they had a terrier tan and black combo, that would be nice.

I also have to consider the moss control factor, quality and warranty. 

Okay! I have decided on Driftwood. Because I like the beach!

Summer roll ups!

I think we are having salad wraps for dinner!

Wyatt's tip for an easy summer meal for your people:

Get yourself some of those rice paper wrappers (8" diameter). Soak in warm water for a couple of seconds. Then roll up some summer goodies and dip in a favorite sauce!

My mom likes to roll in a little cooked rice with fresh lettuce, basil or mint and little bit of protein such as  sliced pork, shrimp or fried tofu, then add some veggies such as sliced cucumber, carrots or summer squash and dip in a spicy teriyaki sauce. We make them different each time, depending on what is fresh in the garden and protein leftovers in the fridge.

Dinner is all done and now you have time to play with the dog!

2nd stop, Ferguson's Fragrant Nursery

Look Stanzie, they have a cat!

and a lady that plays the flute.

And so many tail wagging flowers!

Next stop on our ride, the Historic Butteville Store.

Where we send dad in to buy us some.......

Ice Cream!!!

I was on FIRE...I bet I could have cleared 2 more rolls of paper towels...EASY PEEZY!
