It's time to teach sister about the family business.

Tegan, we only put blue ribbons on the very BEST trees!

Then, we inspect the load before it goes on the big truck.

We don't pick the trees with the funny tops.

And when all the work is done, we can "Terrierize" the cousins!

SO MANY Sea Lions!

We have seen the Newport Sea Lions before,

I just don't recall seeing SO MANY!

Did you know that all the Sea Lions in Newport are males?!?

The females stay in southern California at their breeding grounds and the boys only go down to visit for 4-5 weeks in June-July.

The male Sea Lions like it up north, where the Herring and Salmon are abundant.

"Bark Bark BARK!"

A local group just raised $20,000 to fix the docks, so the boys can continue to have a place to lounge in the bay.

She received this most special card from Madi and her Mom.

The peeps got a little weepy at the mention of Stanzie.

This card will be saved furever.

Cousin 'Cate' gave Tegan lots of chew toys and this little boomerang thingy. 

It works for both of us to tug!

Today we received a big Chewy box.

I started showing Tegan how to open a box......

 

Then, mom put the brakes on us both and said,

"Do not open until December 25th!"

A Village

It takes a village to raise a puppy!

We must watch her 24/7.

We take her out to potty EVERY hour.
