Occupy yer Toyz!

Princess Coco, Lady Godiva and Truffle are asking us dogs to take a stand and occupy our toys!

Their mama has done away with some of their toys and it's just not right!

I'm all for supporting a good cause and I would like to show my support by occupying some of my toys.
Only problem is that I have to find them first!
So, I spent the day digging some of them up. Here's one!

I remembered that I left Peter Panda in the pond.

I found this under the seat of the pickup, next to the flat tire fixer thingy.

I found another toy I dropped, when I stopped to get a drink.
Okay, I got a collection going and I'm ready to occupy!

Ruh Roh...here comes mom!

NOoooooooo...not the washing machine!

It's so hard to get respect around here!
Wyatt

  2. Great post, Wyatt - we loved watching you find your toys. The washing machine is probably what will happen to ours before we get to "occupy" them.

  4. We have the same problem here...we go to all the efforts of taking toys - one at a time - outside and leaving them all over the garden and then the next thing we know Mom is out there picking them up and in the washing machine they go. All that hard work of getting them dirty and smelly - gone. It's not right I tell you - not right!

  5. No matter where you turn there is a toy. Holy Dog I think I need to do that. Make sure the washing machine monster doesn't take any.

  14. We have so many toys that were Ben's. He loved his Clown Man the most. Still hard, it's been two weeks since we had to say goodbye to our little Cocker. It was time, but still hard. Wyatt, you make me smile! In time I will go through all of Ben's things and share with the shelter here. Keep an eye on those toys Wyatt!

Wow, you're really good at hiding these everywhere! Too bad about the washing, but at least you can start getting them all dirty again. BOL. Great pix of your territory.

  16. We just had all of our toys washed....at least those that won't leak stuffing. We bet there are loads of other toys that Stanzie's buried.....maybe she's been protecting her toys all this time.

  19. Well, after Berts latest adventure with his toys (the tennis ball incident) I (My Vickie) have gathered up everything that he could possibly eat....toys, stuffed animals...balls....and donated them to the local garbage can.

You have helped Bert a lot with your post today cause now I am going to go out and search for anything he may have hidden and throw them away too.

He may be upset with you, but I LOVE you for making me be more aware of you guys and your tricky ways.

    1. Hiya Wyatt..I love your gardening picture, you look very handsome. I don't think our humans understand that we strategically place our toys around for a reason..your toys look so well marinated. It takes ages to get the garden aroma into a toy..and the 'under the seat car marinade' is very tricky..I like the idea of a pond perfumed toy..hmmm..Anyway sorry buddy that they all went in that terrible washing machine..it's going to take ages to get them back to their beautiful former condition..:)

  20. Wyatt, you got your toys stashed all over the place. Smart thinking, everywhere you go you'll have a toy.
We like the photos of spring flowers and your new colorful blog page.

  21. Oh! You gave us some great ideas for hiding our stash Wyatt!! Our mama puts the in the suds machine too...we don't like it, but she says she HAS to so we don't get germs. Loved this post buddy! Have a great weekend!

  23. Don't worry, Wyatt. You can start getting your toys back in shape just as soon as they leave the washing machine.

Yup. She's a hog-dog. I will try to stand in solidarity with you, if I can steal one of my toys back from her. Bol.
