Hi Everybody! It's time to play Frankie's NAME GAME! What does your name mean??
Let's start with 'Stanzie'.....
My Sister 'Stanzie' is named after Wolfgang Mozart's wife. Constanze Marie Weber Mozart. While she was not Mozart's first choice.....he was first smitten, with her sister, Aloisa Weber, the well known opera singer.
Mozart loved his 'Stanzi Marini' and started every letter to her, 'My Dearest Most Beloved Little Wife'.
Constanze made sure Wolfgang's music, was not forgotten after his death and is responsible for making Salzburg, the Mozart center of the world!
My name 'Wyatt' comes from the iconic figure in American history, Wyatt Earp. Wyatt was a frontier lawman, gambler, business man and a gunslinger.
Conflicted at times....sort of a troublemaker with a big heart!
Happy 4th of July!Wyatt

ReplyDeleteWhat an interesting name Stanzie has - we never would have guessed. We were thinking maybe yours was connected to Mr. Earp. Nice sharing. Happy Fourth to you too.

ReplyDeleteYou are both so cool. :)
Good background of your names.....We thought Stanzie was short for lovely Constanza, and we knew you were named after the wiley old cowboy....we just knew it ;)
ReplyDeleteMy name has a nice boring story. Mommy likes purple - so she thought Violet was better than saying 'Hey purple dinner's ready'! As a side note 2 of my kitty brothers have Russian names...Mommy has a thing for Ruskie hockey players...Gustov and Roman. She didn't like any of the Russian girlie names...plus Purple is her favorite color! haha
Wyatt
