Edgefield Manor

Greetings, from Edgefield Manor, in Troutdale Oregon.

Back in the depression, this was the county poor farm.
Sort of the 1930's version of a government commune.
Now, it is a thriving McMenamin's Brewpub, Winery and Destination Hotel and Spa.
 
Some of this season's wine grapes. Sorry birdies, find your own wine!

Hey, this looks like a couple of sprinkler systems, that dad and mom built!
 
Kegs, built right in there. This is an arbor for Puddles, the beer loving Dachshund!

  18. Oh such a gorgeous place, Wyatt!!! Every bit of the grounds has beauty - the grapes, the berries, the piping (real or not???)as art and the wine. The building is exquisite and your photographs just wonderful. We've got to get up there sometime to see it!
