Awesome apples and pears AND so much better priced than ours. We were very disappointed in the first crop of Honey Crisps that have arrived. Huge and badly marked - guess Mother Nature wasn't too nice to them.Definitely need to move west:)Woos ~ Phantom, Thunder, Ciara, and Lightning

Swiss Gourmet apples! Wow! Where did you see those? We have a wee little bit of an obsession with all things Swiss in my household :)I am finding less diversity in the fresh produce around these parts (DC area) than I did when I lived in Oregon...maybe I just haven't found the right Farmer's markets yet.Kirstenfollow my foster adventures at www.peacefuldog.blogspot.com

All those delicious apples make us think of canning apple butter. Sadly, our favorite orchard was nearly destroyed by wildfires and drought this summer. The pears we bet are juicy and just perfectly yummy when ripe! Autumn is our favorite season!
