Fit Dog Friday with special guest Cate!

Hey Phat  FIT Doggies!
Do you  need to shed some winter weight?

Here are a few tips from Wyatt, Stanzie and Cate!
#1  Get your hair cut...there goes a few pounds!

#2  It's Spring...get outside and walk or run. (pose for lots of pictures too!)

#3 Swim!
Cousin Cate likes to swim.
That's how she keeps her girlish figure!

A little sun...

Follow up with a healthy smoothie for 2!

Happy ' Fit Dog Friday' !!

  8. Swimming is such a great exercise - love to see dogs who enjoy it. It's easy on their joints and fun. Unfortunately, Slimdoggy isn't a fan of the water - very weird for a Lab, but we're working on it. Thanks for joining our Bog Hop!

  9. I am afraid I don't have the furs to cut off, or I would be completely naked. Short fur you know. BUTT I will get out and run and walk around. Might even take a dip in a pond.

  13. Now that's some great advice. We need to get dad to buy us a pool. Mom says that Thunder had to have lost at least five pounds of fur yesterday at the spa.
