Shut down and drain all the outside water supplies.
Put away the hoses and put foam covers on the faucets.
Cover all the tender plants with leaves, mulch, bubble wrap, etc.
Get that firewood up close to the door.
Most Important,
get your blanket and claim your place on the couch!

Today it was 45 degrees with winds up to 20 miles an hour and yesterday it was 70 degrees and nice......crazy Texas weather.
