Friday, we had a big wind storm that knocked out our power for 2 days!
What is there to do for 2 days with no electricity and stormy weather?!?
We colored eggs and made an Easter basket.
We played A LOT!
We bundled up and went for a car ride in a hail storm.
I went to get my hair done and came home with an Easter egg scarf.
We barbecued 2 nights in a row!
The PGE repair man finally made it to our little lane and got our power back on!
Oh, Happy Day!!!!!!
Weekends should always be this exciting!

ReplyDeleteWow! We had a storm like that last month. Lost power for a few days. Fortunately we had a generator. Hope you didn't get any of those fallen trees on your property. Oh, and that chicken looks delicious! Yum!

ReplyDeleteI hope the power is back on now

It sounds like you really had fun! Mom's Dad said Woodland got a ton of hail and you all got a bunch of wind, but he was OK.
