Balmy Weekend

While the rest of the country seems to buried under snow and ice and suffering below freezing temps, we are enjoying temperate conditions of 45 degrees, fairly dry, acceptable dog walking weather!
Today, I'm snoopervising the new construction at the college.

The daffodils are finding this weather acceptable as well and are peeking out of the soil!

We have been missing the Christmas tree just something fierce! Today we went looking for fresh foliage to bring indoors. We decided to make a Simon and Garfunkel bouquet.

72 days until Spring Equinox!
                 πŸŒ·πŸŒ·πŸŒ·πŸŒ·πŸŒ·πŸŒ·πŸŒ·πŸŒ·πŸŒ·πŸŒ·πŸŒ·πŸŒ·πŸŒ·πŸŒ·πŸŒ·πŸŒ·πŸŒ·πŸŒ·πŸŒ·

Sending warm thoughts to all of our frozen friends,
Wyatt

There is always a feeling of emptiness when the festive tree departs... I love your solution on how to fill the gap! Hugs and wags, YAM-aunty xxx

  8. We would love to come for a visit. We are tired of having to wear booties to go outside for more than a couple of minutes.

  9. We have been fairly mild for Idaho. The snow we were supposed to get yesterday was all day rain instead. We are not gonna complain though, we are glad not to have extreme temps

  13. We are hoping for a couple of warmer days starting tomorrow, but the cold is returning by the week's end. We miss the tree too - everything looks so bare now.

Enjoy a good walk for us.

  15. Our mom is looking forward to spring but we would like about 10 feet of snow and all at once is fine with us. However, we are having good fetching weather.
