A Scavenger Hunt with Airedales!

The Oregon Airedale Terrier Society had a Scavenger Hunt, Meeting and a Potluck.

There was a lot of this.....

Cate

A lot of Airedale smiles....

The Scavenger Hunt

With a list of clues, Airedales and their Families, searched the trees for random treasures.

The Grand Prize Winners!

Mocha and her family, filled up their bag with lots of treasures.

Della is on the hunt.

So many hiding places and the treasures well hidden...

Murphy is just enjoying the scenery and the company.

Let's just visit instead!!

Everybody wants to play with the new pup, Nigel!

The Korean War Veteran's Memorial

Taking some time to read the names of those who served and lost their lives in the Korean War.

I just want some lunch!

Across the street from our veterinary clinic was a plant sale, with all proceeds going to Doernbecher Children's Hospital. Of course, we had to stop and buy some plants!

We got 4 big Blueberry plants and 3 ornamental Barberry plants, one ceramic planter and some pruning shears.

I just wanted to go to the Bert's Chuck Wagon Booth!

Hail and Tulips

Most folks wait until a nice sunny day to go for a Sunday drive.

Well, we are not most folks.

Oh Hail!

This is the scene today at Christmas Tree Grandma's.

Also, on our agenda was the Holland America Bulb Farm in Woodland, Wa.

We almost aborted the plan, due to the hail and wind. We figured the tulips would be done for.

But, Stanzie REALLY wanted to go and how can you say "NO" to sister Stanzie?

"Look Stanzie", there are still tulips standing!

Lots and Lots of sturdy TULIPS!

Flaming Parrots!

My Favs, 'DorDOGne'

I hear thunder...we better make a run for it!

Bubbles, Barksters and Bugsy

The April Bugsy's Box has Arrived!!

It's always filled with interesting things for us to try.

Wholesome treats, a dog shammy pocket towel and even some non-toxic bubbles for chasing and biting!

My favorites are these Barkster treats, made with sweet potato and liver.

U.S. farm grown ingredients and only 12 calories each!!

My groomer says I'm getting fat and could lose 5 pounds.....pffft!

I have never seen bubbles before....what the what??

Oh, I get it!! I'm supposed to jump and bite!!

Now, I see what Ruby is all fired up about!

If I keep eating these low fat treats and jumping at bubbles, I will lose those 5 pounds!

C'mon MOM jump with ME...heehee!

News from the Garden!

The Crab Apple Tree is blooming!

I'm cuter than a tulip.

The tomato seedlings are cold, but continue to grow under plastic.

Next week it will be in the 80's. I think they will LIKE that!

And, I keep taste testing the hops and they are not ready yet!
