You might be saying to yourselves (or not), where's Wyatt lately?
I've been busy helping Dad and Mom with the gardening chores.
Once again, we have had a cold rainy spring. Most days have been below 60 degrees.
But, we are forever hopeful, and so it goes....out into the mud, to plant 100's of tomatoes that we started from seed.
We also have lots of Iris tubers that need to be put somewhere......
So much work, but there are some wonderful blue/purple color combos.
It will be worth the effort.
No dog walking for me this weekend, Stoopid Irises!
Peas for the stirfry!
Strawberries..Yes Yes Yes!!
Still flowers, but each flower will be a big ripe berry soon!
If you have any extra sun and heat out there in Blogville, send it our way.
We are dying for some fresh Strawberries!
Happy Digging!
Wyatt
We always know you're in the garden! You're the greatest garden helper EVER!!!
ReplyDeleteDANG your garden is huge! How nice it is to grow your own fruits & vegetables. Are they all organic?
ReplyDeleteWe feel like we haven't seen you in forever, Wyatt! Mama is just now giving us time to read all of our friends' blogs. You're doing some nice gardening! We tried to start a garden. We dug some holes in the backyard. But nobody planted anything in them! Ugh!
ReplyDeleteOMD!

ReplyDeleteIt's great that you can help....mum fences me out of the vegie patch so I can't "help" in there.

We have sun here today, Wyatt, and we would love to share it with you. We hear there are going to be lots of gardening issues this year because of either too much water or not enough. Mother Nature is really confused. We hope your garden flourishes because we all love seeing all that you grow.
ReplyDeleteWoos ~ Phantom, Thunder, and Ciara
You have a good reason to be away. It's not fair mom and dad get to play in the mud and not you. Your garden is looking good
