ReplyDeleteOMD! That tree is so pretty! Mama wants one sooooooo bad now! Does it grow actual crab apples? we just love crab apple jelly :)
ReplyDeleteThat tree has a funny name but it sure is pretty!
ReplyDeletethose are wonderful pics - love the bright pink flowers and the bark peeling off. That reminds mom of the trees 'back home" (Mom is from Australia) and most the eucalyptus trees shed their bark and leave those wonderful patterns underneath. They are Moms favorite trees
ReplyDeleteHi Wyatt, I think my favourite tree at the moment is the Laburnum tree which are in full flower here at the moment.
ReplyDeleteIf you posed by ANY tree it would be my favorite for the moment. If I had to pick one it would be a Weeping Willow.
ReplyDeleteHave a wonderful day!
Your trees are beautiful!! Pretty blossums and cool looking bark on it! Our favorite tree in our yard is the pine tree which is really growing because of all of the rain! Lots of love, Holly & Mom
ReplyDeleteHi Wyatt and Stanzie and Mom,
ReplyDeleteLove your tree's for the moment!! Are favorite tree is the dog wood and when we moved here there were hundreds but the drought for so many years has killed most of them!!! We could not water them to keep them alive. We had to re-drill our well to keep water coming as it was!!! We are over 10 inches short of rain already this year!! For the last 25 years we have not had enough rain!!
I thought that texture tree was an EEL... I could see it's TEEFS. SHIVER
ReplyDeleteMy favorite tree is my Maple!!!
Our lilac bushes are getting ready to bloom & they make everything smell so delicous!'
ReplyDeleteNubbin wiggles,
Oskar
I luvs da red tree too, but what's did you's do to make it so crabby?
ReplyDeleteLovely photos. Just have to share what my hubby shared with me earlier this week (who knows why). He told me that the crabapple is the only apple (if you can call it that) native to America. (I haven't double-checked his facts, though.)
ReplyDeleteMy favorite tree right now is my Dwarf Magnolia that's about to bloom.
I posted a picture today of some of my flowers! I'm by no means a gardener... but I don't mind posing with the nice scenery every once in a while!

Oh,
ReplyDeleteWhat a beautiful tree!! And colorful flowers.
I love the nature!

Chicco
Is your favorite a crab apple, Wyatt?
ReplyDeleteYour mom's favorite is really interesting, we like it!
None of ours are blooming yet, we had frost on the grass two mornings ago! The Birch trees are just budding out.
Spruce is one of mom's favorites. She says it is the only tree the Moose won't eat!
What a beautiful tree! The blooms are just lovely! Momma fell in love with the bark photos, she thinks the texture is marvelous and would make a great painting. All of our trees are past flowering but I think my favorite is the our mountain juniper tree, it shades the studio courtyard and smells so good!
ReplyDeleteWhat a beautiful tree and we love the bark too!
ReplyDeleteOur mom is in love with the Eastern Redbud tree. They make her smile :-)
Love ya lots
Maggie and Mitch

Seeing you leap for joy in front of the beautiful crabapple makes us think the crabapple tree is our favorite today too. They are all in bloom here too. But the colors in yours are so much more vibrant!
ReplyDeleteHappy Saturday to you!
Woos ~ Phantom, Thunder, and Ciara
My favorite flowering tree is whatever's blooming at the moment!
ReplyDeleteI'm loving that crabapple too, Wyatt, but that tree is really striking my fancy! The texture is very cool and it almost looks like swirling caramel ... hmm, maybe it's time for a treat!
ReplyDeleteHope you're having a sweet weekend!

Oh, wow! That crabapple tree is A-mazingly beautiful! The other tree has really interesting bark, too. We don't have a favorite tree, really. Any tree will do for, you know . . . BUT our Mom really loves this ornamental peach tree downtown that has THREE different shades of blooms. One day we should post a pic of it - it's kind of amazing.
ReplyDeleteThe Road Dogs
Ooooh... I love these trees! I love the colors of the crabapple tree!
