  12. Wow! We can't say that we've ever met a camel! They do have llama ranches around here, but we've never visited. Oh, and sometimes the local farm market has a reindeer or two at Christmas time. We'll have to send Mom to check it out!

  15. Crikey ... your Grandma sure has some odd neighbours, aye?? I visited with some of those blokes, once. We were at one of our beaches and a group of people rode by ON camels!! Mum put me on a lead but when they left I got to smell all the smells AND I GOT TO EAT THEIR POOP!! OMD!!!!! Delicious!!!!!!!!!!

  17. Yep. We have camels. On our old street in Bangalore, camels used to walk up and down, giving rides. We also had water buffaloes on that street -every morning and every evening. Our current 'hood is a bit boring. Not too many monkeys and or cows, but lots of palm tree squirrels, green parrots, and pigeons. Love the photo!
