New Pool!!

Mom found this at the Fred Meyer store for $16.99
She thinks I need it for my summer enjoyment.
She has seen all the other dogs in Blogville, enjoying their pools....
So far, I'm not getting it....
Oh, water goes in there!
Oh, now I get it!
Also makes a good drinking fountain, NICE!
Mom, you know I have the frog pond, right?

    Too cute! My Daisy loves the pool, but Rudy finds it too much like a bath. Which he also hates.

    We bet you like the frog pond a lot better. We used to have one of those here, but we only used it as a water bowl. With as hot as it is here today, maybe we need to reconsider.

    You look like you know what to do with your new pool! Will you both play in it together?? Mommy had one for me(BRD) and all I did was drink from it...I am NOT a water dog.

    We have a small tub that SHE fills up, but we only drink out of it, too!

    Maybe in future we'll have a Wading with Wyatt post.

    Sweet! That looks just like mine. The neighbors down the street had a free sign on it and mom scooped it up last year. It is great on a hot day...but we don't have a frog pond.

    We have a pool and I won't get in it for love or money! Once Mama threw a whole chicken breast in the dead center and I looked at her like "Well, great. You've ruined a perfectly good chicken breast and I'm still not getting in that freakin' pool. Humans!"

    I bet you'll get the hang of the pool on a super-hot day. I'm not sure any of my dogs would grasp the concept of a pool. They aren't big water fans.
