Fall is an excellent time to plant, at least in the Pacific Northwest.
Today, we are shopping for Ornamental Grasses.
"Hey, I just saw a grass called 'Little Bunny'!"
"Can we get some of those?"
We always like plants on sale!
We never get tired of Japanese Maples.
How to decided?
They are all so beautiful!
I think I see the perfect tree!
Happy Digging!
Wyatt

Mom would love to be planting too, but we need to be sure our two youngsters here are done with their urges to dig them up - hmmmmm, wonder how long we will have to wait for THAT!

Mom luvs japanese maples too! Soooo pretty! Me? Any tree is a great tree ;D I did plant some new veggies (carrots, green onions, spinach, arugula, some kind of butter lettuce, and tomatoes) Paws crossed the buggies don't get them!

Waggin at ya,

In the first photo, the tree in the center with the oval-shaped, dark red leaves--do you know what it is? There's a big one in my front yard. Its leaves seem to turn more colors than a Japanese maple when we get a cold fall.
ReplyDeleteYou get to go everywhere...I'm starting to get a little jealous:) We have a little red tree in the back. She bought it for him and he bought her a flowering dogwood.
ReplyDeleteWe vote for the red maple...and that pic of you two from the rear shows some fab fuzzy bums!! Lovely fall pix from you!!!
ReplyDeleteKisses,
Lacie and her dumb brothers....
So many wonderful colors!!
