The Free Chair

Yesterday morning, on the way to the park, we passed a chair alongside the road with a free sign on it.
It caught our eye, but we were in a hurry to do our dog walking before it got too hot. 
An hour later on the way home, it was still there, so we stopped.
It looked like a sturdy retro chair with wheels...NEAT.
Into the back of the truck it went.

We cleaned it up, it's built like a tank and everything works.

Now, dad can relax all around the lawn, after a hard day at work!

It turns out to be the Winco Convalescent Recliner...but to us, its A Wheelie Lawn Chaise.

    I was gonna say that it looks like one of those chairs you give blood in! Then you said that it was a convalescent chair. Looks pretty cool though! And it does look like it would hold up for decades!!

    Now, see if your mom or dad will wheel you around the backyard in your cool new chair! ;)

    If our Mom had seen that neat chair sitting on the side of the road, our walk would have been history - she would have been loading that chair in the back of the truck!!

    So lucky! Our aunt who lives in the US was also able to pick up a bike exercise machine that was tossed in the garbage can because it was taking up so much room.

    WHOA! That looks like one COOL chair! And it was FREE???? Gosh, nobuddy ever gives away good stuff like that around here. It's usually like a ugly old stained couch with holes in it. You guys were smart to snap that up! Your dad looks awful happy in it.
