Stanzie's pain, Wyatt's worry

I have been worried something fierce about my sister Stanzie.
The joint on her back left leg is swollen up like a Turkey Drumstick.
The vet is trying to figure it out....Ruled out abscess and infection, maybe some kind of trauma?
Ex-rays show nothing. Still waiting for the blood work to come back.

Sister Stanzie is taking it all in stride.
She is eating like a champ and still wants to play, hunt and run.
She doesn't limp and thinks she can jump into the back seat by herself.
(So Stubborn)

So, for now....Epson Salt soaks alternated with ice packs, antibiotics and her usual Duramaxx anti-inflammatory.

Since she came home from the clinic, I have been whining and crying at her for the last 3 hours.
Mom said I have to stop it, because she needs her rest.

I know my sister is a tough cookie, but I'm not and I'm worried!

Wyatt

  5. Of course you're worried. Hope the Vet discovers what's causing it, so it can be taken care of. Maybe you should just go outside and drag around a tarp or something to keep you busy while she rests.
