Our Helleborus is just coming up--one of the early ones that's for sure. I've also seen lots of pansies around too.

Well, anything in our garden right now is white. As in covered with over 12 inches of white since the beginning of the year. Sigh. Can't wait to see one of our first signs of spring - the snow lilies are the first thing to bloom here, sometimes are already up when the snow melts (how do they DO that??)

ReplyDeleteWe're currently growing some very colorful, bright green weeds in our flower beds. None of our other plants are in bloom, sadly. We need to take your advice on what plants to grow in the winter, Wyatt! You would know!

The Hellebores are another of mom's favorites and she has several in her flower garden. Our winter is not as colorful as yours.. .white on white!

ReplyDeleteWyatt you are a great pup to sell the garden!! We wish we could get out and see so much green - we have four feet of snow outside. Today mom got all happy becasuse someone had shoveled and she saw MOSS . I thought she was going to have a cow! She got down her knees and put her hand to it and said to me Spring is Almost here Maisy. I hope so! We would love to garden with you or at least get some prim rose!
