Winter interest for your garden

Here are a few colorful ideas!
Nandina
Bamboo
(makes me feel like a jungle cat!)
Heather
Weeping Blue Atlas Cedar
Helleborus
Peek a Boo Stanzie
(no, that is not the name of the plant)

Witch Hazel
The Witch Hazel smells really good too!
 
Pretty Primroses on display at our grocery store.
Who says winter has to be blah!

  17. Well, anything in our garden right now is white. As in covered with over 12 inches of white since the beginning of the year. Sigh. Can't wait to see one of our first signs of spring - the snow lilies are the first thing to bloom here, sometimes are already up when the snow melts (how do they DO that??)

  21. We're currently growing some very colorful, bright green weeds in our flower beds. None of our other plants are in bloom, sadly. We need to take your advice on what plants to grow in the winter, Wyatt! You would know!

  27. The Hellebores are another of mom's favorites and she has several in her flower garden. Our winter is not as colorful as yours.. .white on white!

  29. Wyatt you are a great pup to sell the garden!! We wish we could get out and see so much green - we have four feet of snow outside. Today mom got all happy becasuse someone had shoveled and she saw MOSS . I thought she was going to have a cow! She got down her knees and put her hand to it and said to me Spring is Almost here Maisy. I hope so! We would love to garden with you or at least get some prim rose!
