I have been working like a dog!
First, I met my pal, 'Levi' down at the garden center.
He helped me pick out some nice plants....that was after he got done teasing me with his tennis ball, that he would not let me have!
Then, Dad and I took off the front doors to do a little refinishing.
Turns out, that after 15 years of Airedales scratching to come in, they could use a little coat of paint!
FYI...I do not scratch to come in, I bark. So, it is not my fault!
I really like this new open door policy!
Who needs a door anyway?
Then, I got to help mom with the trimming of the shrubs.
Guess what my job is!
Happy Projects!
Wyatt
I scratch and bark! BOL!
ReplyDeleteYour pal, Pip

BOL, Wyatt!! You don't have water in your ears!! But you sure are a good helper to your mom. We'd love an "open door" policy at our house!!

Wyatt, I have no idea how they manage without you there!
ReplyDeleteBunny
Do you have to work for your kibble?
ReplyDeleteMy mum is loving your mum's potting bench. If only she could get dad to make her one like it!!
ReplyDeleteI think you are always helping Wyatt!
Tail Wuggles, Rubie.
That open door policy looks great and we know how much you enjoy a good tarp!
ReplyDeleteXXXOOO Daisy, Kendra & Bella
You guys are always having fun!!!
ReplyDeleteNo denying the fact that you are one hardworking doggie! Cesar Millan is not needed here.
ReplyDeleteMan, you work awful hard for your kibbles Wyatt. I hope that your Mama and Dad gave you a bonus in treats!
ReplyDeleteSo it must be Stanzie who scratches at the door, huh?
ReplyDeleteThat open door policy looks very appealing to us too, Wyatt! Do you think our mom and dad would go for the idea too?
Love ya lots
Maggie and Mitch
Certainly looks like you're working hard Wyatt! Glad you liked the photo of the Airedale at the York Show. There were 2 Airedales, both lovely but not as good looking as you & Stanzie and I bet they don't work as hard - love from Magic x
ReplyDeleteMaybe you should ask your dad to put in a doggie door - they make life so much easier :)
ReplyDeleteWe have those baby gates too...never seen one baby in this house, go figure!
ReplyDeleteLicks and sniffs,
Zack, Sassy and Buddy
Woof! Woof! I say ... Hey gotta to leave the door at all times ... Lots of Golden Woofs, Sugar
ReplyDeleteWe think we would really like that open door policy here a lot, but we suspect there would be gates everywhere. Looks like you have projects going on just like Thunder.
ReplyDeleteWoos ~ Phantom, Thunder, and Ciara
You are working way to hard. We agree with the open door policy. A new coat of paint sure is going to be fun to scratch
ReplyDeleteBenny & Lily
Gee Wyatt you sure is a HARD worker there. I likes the open door policy too. Looks like you is goin be workin all summer long.
ReplyDeletewoos, Tessa
You're a great helper!
ReplyDeleteYou are such a busy pup! I hope you remember to take time to smell the roses! What is Stanzie up to during all of your duties?
ReplyDeleteYou are such a help Wyatt, I hope you get paid in treats! Our Mom just loes your house there and thinks that green rocker looks the perfect place for an afternoon siesta...zzzzz....
ReplyDeleteHave a great weekend Dex and Lou xxx
Yes, open doors save LOTS of time and effort. Mom would leave them open ALL the time, but Dad gets kinda upset about letting all the "bought air" outside :) Hope you got extra special biscuits for all that helping you did!
ReplyDeleteThe Road Dogs
Whew... after all that hard work, I hope you get a nap and a belly rub!
ReplyDeleteWyatt, you are such a hard worker.:) We like the no front door idea.:)
ReplyDeleteLove,
Teddy Bear & Sierra
Wyatt, you are great at helping! Lots of love, Debbie & Holly
ReplyDeleteYou are a treasure, Wyatt, for not scratching at the door. What about Stanzie? Miro and Alanis don't scratch at the door to get out. Instead, Miro makes his mark by jumping on the door after my car pulls into the garage and before I get inside. Not pretty.
ReplyDeleteWyatt, look at all these people commenting on your blog! you are a superstar!
ReplyDeleteBowWowzer Wyatt, you are a terrific helper! And, we would love to have that open door policy...you have a great life at the garden center!!
ReplyDeleteSmooches,
BRD & HOotie
You're always such a good helper Wyatt, and I knew all along that you weren't the culprit on scratching up the doors. :) We have a door scratcher here too. Her name is Zoe!
