Every evening, mom heads out to the garden to pick dinner.
It's all she can do, to keep me from gobbling up everything she picks!
I want all the little Sungold Tomatoes and all the Sugar Snap Peas!
.....and the little wild strawberries and the carrots!
It's a good thing that we planted enough for everyone!

ReplyDeletei love the fresh sugar snap peas fresh from the vine so I am so jelouse that you get them.
They looked so good.

ReplyDeleteNow about that evening HARVEST... it looks sooooooo yummy. I am all green with jellyness beclaws MY sugar snap peas are all gone fur the year. I admit that I (Frankie Furter) pulled most of the LOW ones off and ate them myself.
It looked like you KISSED that delicious tomato... before you ate it!! I know THAT Feeling. Come MISERABLE January you need to re post that pic. to remind us that Summer WILL come again. I'm just sayin!!

Finally getting my timing right, I've just finished preparing the vegetable beds for fall plantings of snap peas and spinach. The dogs loooooove snap peas.

Daisy loves tomatoes too. She mostly just plays with them, until she bites down too hard and realizes how tasty her "ball" is.

Our Toby LOVES a the fresh veggies from the garden. No tomatoes yet, but hopefully soon! Sage could care less, which is too bad. She doesn't know what she's missing!
