Just when we were finally making some headway with the weeding....
(disregard last post..haha)
The sky opened up and mother nature decided to do some serious irrigating!
Guess we won't be needing this for awhile!
The slugs are loving it!
So, we change gears. Hang up the muddy gloves and make arrangements instead.
The rain does make lovely flowers.
Can we PLEEZE go inside now?
That's better!
Maybe we should bake dog cookies instead :)
Wyatt
Dog cookies sound like a great ideas. But Mom says the rain makes the weeds come out easier:) Not that she is much of a weeder either.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful flower arranging - bet your tables look quite fancy.

OMD that slug is huuuuge...and what a colour, we have lots of slugs but luckily Mr Toad who lives in our garden looks after them for us. We've had rain all weekend too and yes it does make the flowers lovely but our walks seem to have been a bit shorter! Dex and Lou x
ReplyDeleteI would happily swap a soggy sunday with you - you can have the heat we have - this is like two months now of 90+ degrees - the Mom keeps mumbling about not wanting to see the electric bill.
